The rest of the time, a stroll through the village will reveal a gigantic car show filled with a mesmerizing array of demonstration models to feast your eyes upon.
Oh and what better place to discuss mobility with your braindates than in the vehicles of tomorrow?
A Village of Wonders
At Movin’On, the action is not confined to the stages. A trio of “pretend”Concierges will be roving about the site to entertain you with their clowning and acrobatics. Be prepared to share your deepest secrets with the traveling Vox-Pop: this curious tricyclist, equipped with a mini recording studio, roams the site in search of people to be interviewed. And the Wandering Soundman might invite you to manipulate his fantastic audio console, enabling you to radically transform the sonic texture of your immediate environment. Speaking of sound, keep an ear open for the Jazz Street Boyz who will be offering short musical performances several times daily, wherever and whenever the spirit moves them.
Labs, labs, and more labs!
Five people brainstorming together while hanging 16 feet in the air. Others try to climb a mountain, equipped with virtual reality glasses. Some discuss the subtle art of cake making, hands busy under the watchful eye of an expert guest chef, and still others work together to try and escape a cubicle by solving puzzles. These are the labs, unique brainstorming experiences where experimentation has never been so fun. By taking participants out of their physical comfort zone, the idea is to take them out of their mental comfort zone as well.

Music to your ears at Movin’On
The greatest moments of life are often marked by music, the specific soundtrack of a instant in time. Like any other unforgettable experience, Movin’On will have a soundtrack of its own, thanks to a varied artistic program.
Tuesday June 13: The World Summit on Sustainable Mobility kicks off with a bang, as human flag Dominic Lacasse, holder of two Guinness records, will astound the audience of the 360 Big Top, accompanied by Dominique Fils-Aimé‘s soulful voice and the progressive-electric sound of The Gulf Stream.
Later, on the Plaza, the participants are invited to an extended “5 a 7” happy hour, with sun-kissed sounds provided by the afro-futuristic collective Moonshine.
Wednesday June 14: In early afternoon, enjoy a restorative lunch on the Plaza with DJ Millimetrik, then head to the show in the 360 Big Top, which promises to turn heads with an all-female Cyr wheel number.
A taste of everything, for every taste
The Movin’On participants may be thirsty for knowledge, but there’s no reason to stay hungry. You want to try a poké style bowl with Argentine shrimp? Or an AAA tataki beef salad? See you at La Verdure. On the Plaza, try some oysters, ceviche or tartare with Le Raw or a hotdog (classic or vegetarian) at the Sir William Pub Snackbar. And there’s something for every palate at La Marinade: surf’n’turf, chicken, crispy fish wraps, ribs, tapas, squid, salads, vegetarian bowls and homemade guacamole. For those who are thirsty, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails await you on the Quai at Le Cellier and Le Gin, and all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks are served throughout the village.
Street food enthusiasts? The food trucks have rolled in: head straight for the unbeatable Unibroue Beer & Chow (a poutine with braised crackling pork?) or Lucille’s (lobster roll and spare ribs)!
