Associated Partner, Kearney
Céline Bak is an Associated Partner of Kearney — a global management consulting firm that is nearing its 100th anniversary — where she works with clients to realize ESG-aligned growth strategies.
She holds a BComm from Guelph University (Canada) and MBA from Bath University (U.K.). Over a career spanning 30 years, she has worked in 25 countries as a management consultant and executive of high-growth digital companies. She is also a subject-matter expert in ESG, climate change and energy as well as the funding of advanced innovation through public-private partnerships.
In 2018, the President of France knighted her as a member of France’s National Order of Merit for mobilizing the Canadian private sector to support the signing of the Paris Agreement by 195 countries in 2015.
She is a director of Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA), a $500-million innovation fund focused on advanced innovation to reduce CO2 emissions, where she is the chair of the ERA’s Audit, Investment and Finance Committee.
She enjoys working in teams that are focused on defining and executing highly innovative business strategies that are profitable while being aligned with climate neutrality and regenerative business practices. Bak is trilingual, speaking English, French and Spanish.
